Incredible experience & worth the money 100% we did 3 dives with the whale sharks and enjoyed all of them a lot. The Guides did their best to make it happen to everyones satisfaction. Factors like the amount of sharks you can find on a certain day surely influence the experience, but from May to August it is basically guaranteed to see some. Beyond that the crew was really nice and also had a more pleasurable behaviour on and in the water compared to other groups we met, where people got rushed in and out of the water and there was a lot of clamoring&pushing going on. We had such a great time and are thankful for the experience!

We were unsure about swimming with whale sharks, looked at a few sites and ended looking at captain whale sharks tours. We contacted them through what’s app and Javi was extremely helpful, he cleared up all of our questions. The trip itself was fun and safe. We got lots of incredible footage. We recommend bringing a GoPro along.

Greet prices, quick shuttle service provided, great communication via WhatsApp to confirm the booking and above all else the staff was wonderful!. Our tour guides were two super sweet gentlemen who accommodated all of the guests wants and eagerness to spend as much time with the whale sharks as possible. Yummy lunch was also provided. I would recommend to anyone to take captain whale sharks for their Cancun whale shark adventure.

We had a great experience with captain whale sharks! They answer quick in WhatsApp, great price, the crew was very nice and professional! Javi was very patient, and helped us with a vegetarian meal, and with change for the taxi driver. A big plus - they don't start to early, but you see the same sharks as all the other places. The only minus is that the pictures and videos were very expensive so we did not buy them.

We had to reschedule our prior appointment due to bad weather and weren’t sure we were gonna be able to see the whale sharks. Captain Whale Sharks was very honest with us but we decided to go in with the excursion and we were able to find about 4 whales sharks was an amazing experience! Our Captain Martin and guide 1st mate Oscar were awesome as well!!

It was a wonderful experience in the middle of ocean, we really enjoyed captain whale shark’s services. They take care of you really good. My wife does not know swimming that well but than also she enjoyed a lot. Would recommend this tour to everyone, Its a really lifetime of experience.
